"Your Jason has been brilliant today!! He found the problem on the Rational oven was caused by a pipe not having been welded correctly at the back of the oven. He has had to walk in the pouring rain today to go to his van in the Visitors Car Park which is a good 7 minutes' walk from the Kitchen then walk back in the pouring rain. (I know I walk it every day) It is a pain. He found some pipe and he has repaired the oven.
